Perfluorohexanone HF-6120 is an important substitute for halon fire extinguishing agent. It is a fluorinated ketone compound. It is a clear, colorless and odorless liquid. It is super pressurized with nitrogen and used as a fire extinguishing system. Part of it is stored in high-pressure gas cylinders. Typical applications include: fires in computer rooms, data centers, aviation, ships, vehicles, libraries, oil extraction and natural gas production. The second outstanding feature of perfluorohexanone fire extinguishing agent is its excellent environmental performance. It can be a long-term and lasting replacement for Halon, HFC Compounds (HFC) and Perfluorinated Compounds (PFC).

APPLICATION:
Perfluoro(2-methy1-3-Pentanone) is used as fire extinguisher with the advantages of high fire fighting efficiency, no watermarks, no corrosion, low toxicity, strong insulation property, environment friendly and safe, easy storage and transport and low evaporate pressure. It is an ideal substitute for another fire extinguisher, HFC227ea.
