Pureflon FEP
Description PureflonTM FEP (Perfluorinated ethylene-propylene) Granule is the copolymer of tetrafluorothylene (TFE) and hexafluoropropylene (HFP) with excellent thermo-stability, outstanding chemical inertness, low friction coefficient, distinctive air aging resistance, vapor penetrating resistance, non-inflammability and superior electrical insulation. The wire and cable which produced by FEP, could be used in the field of aircraft, spacecraft, communication, computer, electricity instrument, high buildings and high temperature up to 200℃ for a long time, FEP is also an ideal material good for tube, pipe extrusion etc.

Application FC-10: High quality tube extrusion, thick wire jacket, valve. FC-20/FC-30: Medium-Thick thickness wire for general purpose, pipe, tube etc. FC-42/FC-51:Thin-Medium thickness wire extrusion, extrusion speed is higher than low MFR FEP. FC-52/FC-53:High speed extrusion for very thin wire and cable production.
